Enterprise Privacy Policy & Data Governance
January 2026
Worldwide Manager Solutions ('WMS', 'we', 'us', or 'our') is committed to institutional data integrity, operational transparency, and rigorous privacy governance. This Privacy Policy details our technical data processing, minimization, retention, and security boundaries.
Shared Responsibility Framework: WMS manages the underlying application engineering, deployment architecture, and server hardening. Customers (Data Controllers) govern user provisioning, access credentials, and operational data inputs. Sovereign Cloud Infrastructure Providers (AWS, OVHcloud, Hetzner) govern physical datacenter security.
1. Scope & Categories of Data Collected
We collect information submitted directly through our project qualification intake channels, including: Contact Information (full name, corporate email address, telephone number), Corporate Data (company name, operating jurisdiction, headcount, budget tier), and Technical Specifications (operational requirements, ERP workflows, deployment architectures). We also process technical telemetry (IP addresses, request headers, user-agents) strictly for security event monitoring, rate limiting, and anomaly detection.
2. Purpose of Processing & Zero Monetization Guarantee
Operational data is processed solely to evaluate technical inquiries, deliver bespoke engineering and ERP implementations, maintain platform security, and honor contractual service level agreements. WMS does not monetize, sell, lease, broker, or trade client or contact information under any circumstances.
3. Data Minimization & Retention Standards
In alignment with international privacy standards, WMS practices strict data minimization. Inactive project inquiries are securely archived after 12 months. Client operational databases and backups are retained strictly for the duration of the commercial agreement, with cryptographic sanitization executed within 30 days of contract termination unless regulatory retention applies.
4. Infrastructure Security & Cryptographic Safeguards
All client data is isolated within dedicated virtual private clouds (VPCs) with encryption in transit enforced via TLS 1.3 (modern ciphers with forward secrecy) and encryption at rest enforced via AES-256 for persistent database storage and document attachments. Multi-tenant logical isolation ensures zero cross-organization leakage.
5. Subprocessors & Third-Party Infrastructure
WMS engages reputable infrastructure providers bound by rigorous Data Processing Addendums (DPAs): Cloudflare (Anycast edge routing and DDoS mitigation), Tier-3/4 Sovereign Datacenter Facilities (cloud hosting), and secure transactional notification relays. No unauthorized third-party trackers or telemetry brokers are embedded.
6. Data Subject Rights & Deletion Requests
Clients and individuals may exercise statutory privacy rights at any time, including: Right of Access (confirming processing and requesting copies), Right to Rectification (updating inaccurate records), and Right to Erasure / Discard (requesting cryptographic deletion). Formal requests may be directed to privacy@wms.com with an expected turnaround within 10 business days.
7. Security Incidents Involving Customer Data
In the event of a confirmed security incident impacting customer data, WMS will notify affected enterprise clients without undue delay (and within statutory notification windows), detailing the nature of the event, affected assets, containment measures executed, and recommended client mitigations.
